barcode, and assign
to the ticket.

A courier scans the
shipping barcode and
collects the sample.
Samples are carefully
logged and tracked until
arrival at the testing
laboratory.
results + certificate
Once results are
determined, a notification
report and certificate are
automatically sent to the
patient and relevant
authorities, which
includes a QR barcode
that can be used to verify
the results’ authenticity.
