We are seeking to hire experienced service engineers

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Provide response and resolution to complex customer incidents
• Technical support, Troubleshoot advanced controls/equipment
• Demonstrate initiative, agility, and follow through on areas of responsibility
• Participate in customer consultation process and discussions about equipment operation
• Complete appropriate documentation
• When needed, participate in site acceptance testing and handover to the customer

• Tech-savvy, experience in healthcare IT
• Advantage: Familiarity with  Medical labs

*Location: Rishon Lezion occasionally visits our clients. Willing to travel overseas.
