We are seeking to hire experienced service engineers
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Provide response and resolution to complex customer incidents
- Technical support, Troubleshoot advanced controls/equipment
- Demonstrate initiative, agility, and follow through on areas of responsibility
- Participate in customer consultation process and discussions about equipment operation
- Complete appropriate documentation
- When needed, participate in site acceptance testing and handover to the customer

- Tech-savvy, experience in healthcare IT
- Advantage: Familiarity with Medical labs
*Location: Rishon Lezion occasionally visits our clients. Willing to travel overseas.
